Earnings Disclaimer
Last updated: July 14, 2026
Solstice makes no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee regarding the income, profits, investment returns, trading results, financial performance, or economic benefits that any person may obtain from accessing or using the Solstice website, Discord server, subscription services, algorithmic signals, trading announcements, market commentary, newsletters, educational materials, portfolio review sessions, or related content, collectively referred to as the “Service.”
Trading and investing involve substantial risk. You may lose some or all of the capital you invest, and certain leveraged transactions may result in losses exceeding your initial investment.
This Earnings Disclaimer should be read together with the Solstice Subscription Terms, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.
1. No Guaranteed Earnings or Trading Results
Solstice does not guarantee that you will:
- Earn any income or profit;
- Achieve any particular investment return;
- Execute any profitable trade;
- Avoid losses;
- Recover the cost of your subscription;
- Improve your financial condition;
- Replicate any historical, hypothetical, simulated, or illustrative result;
- Receive or act on a trading signal at a particular time or price; or
- Achieve results similar to Solstice, its personnel, another subscriber, or any other person.
No statement made through the Service should be understood as a promise, prediction, warranty, or guarantee of future income, profitability, account growth, trading success, or investment performance.
The purchase of a Solstice subscription is a payment for access to informational and educational content and related subscription features. It is not an investment in Solstice and does not entitle you to any income, return, profit participation, or financial distribution.
2. Individual Results Will Vary
Trading and investment results vary substantially among individuals.
Your actual results may depend on factors including:
- Your financial condition;
- Starting capital and account size;
- Trading and investment experience;
- Knowledge and skill;
- Risk tolerance;
- Position sizing;
- Use of leverage or margin;
- Portfolio concentration;
- Broker and trading platform;
- Order type and execution method;
- Timing and speed of execution;
- Market liquidity and volatility;
- Bid-ask spreads and slippage;
- Commissions, subscription costs, borrowing costs, and other fees;
- Taxes;
- Technology and internet reliability;
- Discipline and emotional decision-making;
- Ability to monitor positions;
- Interpretation and implementation of information;
- Changes in market or economic conditions; and
- Events outside the control of Solstice or the user.
Because these factors differ for every person and may change over time, Solstice cannot predict or estimate the results that you may achieve.
3. Examples Are Illustrative Only
Any trade example, profit calculation, account illustration, chart, screenshot, case study, scenario, educational demonstration, or discussion of potential returns is provided solely to explain a concept or demonstrate how a strategy might operate under specified assumptions.
Illustrative examples should not be interpreted as:
- A promise that the illustrated transaction will occur;
- Evidence that a trade was actually executed;
- A representation that the displayed price was available to all users;
- A guarantee that a similar opportunity will occur in the future;
- A forecast of your likely earnings or trading results; or
- A representation that the example reflects the typical experience of Solstice subscribers.
An illustrative example may exclude or simplify factors that could materially affect real-world results, including commissions, fees, taxes, spreads, slippage, liquidity, market impact, partial fills, order rejection, execution delay, borrowing costs, margin requirements, and changing market conditions.
Unless expressly identified as verified actual performance, you should assume that an example is hypothetical, simulated, modeled, backtested, paper-traded, or provided for educational illustration.
4. Hypothetical, Simulated, and Backtested Performance
Hypothetical, simulated, modeled, backtested, and paper-trading results have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading unless expressly identified otherwise.
Hypothetical results are generally prepared using historical information and may benefit from hindsight. A strategy, model, rule, parameter, instrument, entry point, exit point, or risk control may have been selected or adjusted after historical market behavior was already known.
Hypothetical trading does not involve actual financial risk. It cannot fully account for the effect that real financial loss, market stress, uncertainty, margin calls, execution problems, or emotional decision-making may have on a person’s ability to begin, continue, modify, or discontinue a trading strategy.
Hypothetical and simulated results may not accurately account for:
- Market liquidity;
- Bid-ask spreads;
- Slippage;
- Commissions and fees;
- Subscription expenses;
- Financing or borrowing costs;
- Taxes;
- Order rejection;
- Partial fills;
- Delayed execution;
- Market impact;
- Data errors or delays;
- Changes in margin requirements;
- Trading halts;
- Platform limitations;
- Strategy capacity;
- Changes in market conditions; or
- The practical difficulty of following a strategy during periods of loss.
There may be substantial differences between hypothetical performance and the results subsequently achieved by any actual trading account.
No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to any hypothetical, simulated, modeled, backtested, or paper-trading result.
5. Past Performance Does Not Predict Future Results
Past performance is not indicative of future results.
A strategy, signal, algorithm, market condition, or trading approach that produced a profit in the past may produce different results or losses in the future.
Financial markets change over time. Historical relationships, patterns, assumptions, volatility conditions, correlations, liquidity levels, and market behavior may not continue or may change without notice.
Historical performance may also be affected by selection methods, time periods, assumptions, data sources, costs, and other limitations that may not be immediately apparent.
You should not rely on past performance as the sole basis for making a trading or investment decision.
6. Gross Results and Net Results
Any displayed or discussed gain, profit, return, or account result may be materially affected by the manner in which it is calculated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, an example may be presented before deducting some or all applicable costs, including:
- Solstice subscription fees;
- Brokerage commissions;
- Exchange and regulatory fees;
- Bid-ask spreads;
- Slippage;
- Margin interest;
- Financing charges;
- Stock-borrow fees;
- Market-data fees;
- Platform fees;
- Taxes; and
- Other transaction or account expenses.
The deduction of these costs would reduce any profit or increase any loss.
Percentage returns may also vary depending on the assumed account value, capital allocation, position size, leverage, reinvestment method, and calculation period.
You should not assume that a displayed result represents the net amount that an actual user retained after all costs and taxes unless the presentation expressly states that it is a net result and clearly identifies the costs included.
7. Selected Trades and Performance Examples
Solstice may occasionally discuss or display selected trades, successful signals, market calls, educational examples, or portions of historical performance.
A selected example does not necessarily represent the complete performance of the Service, a strategy, an algorithm, a Solstice representative, or any subscriber.
Selected examples may not include:
- Losing trades;
- Unprofitable signals;
- Signals that were not acted upon;
- Trades entered or exited at different prices;
- Missed opportunities;
- Periods of drawdown;
- Incomplete or delayed executions;
- Transaction costs;
- Taxes;
- Unsuccessful strategies; or
- Other information necessary to evaluate overall performance.
You should not infer an overall success rate, win rate, profitability level, risk level, or expected return from a limited number of selected examples.
Any performance presentation should be considered in its complete context, including the applicable methodology, assumptions, time period, costs, limitations, and risk disclosures.
8. Testimonials, Reviews, and User Statements
Testimonials, reviews, comments, messages, interviews, and other statements attributed to subscribers or third parties reflect the experiences and opinions of the individuals who provided them.
They do not necessarily represent the experience of all users and should not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise, prediction, or reliable estimate of the results that you may achieve.
The results described in a testimonial may be unusual, may not be independently verified, and may have been affected by factors unique to the person providing the testimonial.
A testimonial may omit losses, costs, unsuccessful trades, relevant market conditions, prior experience, account size, risk undertaken, or other facts necessary to evaluate the result fairly.
Solstice does not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results as any person featured in a testimonial, review, comment, or case study.
Where required by applicable law, Solstice will disclose material relationships, compensation, discounts, free access, referral benefits, or other incentives provided in connection with a testimonial or endorsement.
Solstice does not authorize any person to make earnings guarantees or representations on its behalf that are inconsistent with this Earnings Disclaimer.
9. Third-Party Statements and Community Content
Statements made by subscribers, Discord members, guests, contractors, content creators, or other third parties do not necessarily reflect the views of Solstice.
Solstice does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, typicality, legality, or reliability of earnings claims or performance statements made by third parties.
No user, community member, affiliate, representative, or other person has authority to guarantee income, profits, trading success, or investment returns on behalf of Solstice unless Solstice expressly provides that authorization in writing.
You should report any unauthorized earnings guarantee, misleading performance claim, or suspicious representation made in connection with Solstice through the contact page.
10. Algorithmic Signals Do Not Guarantee Profit
Solstice may provide signals or analysis produced or supported by algorithms, models, rules, historical data, statistical methods, artificial intelligence, human judgment, or a combination of these methods.
No algorithm, model, or signal can reliably predict every market movement or guarantee a profitable outcome.
Signals may be affected by:
- Incorrect or incomplete data;
- Delayed market information;
- Coding errors;
- Model limitations;
- Incorrect assumptions;
- Overfitting;
- Changes in market behavior;
- Unusual volatility;
- Limited liquidity;
- Third-party outages;
- Human error; or
- Other technical or operational problems.
A correct prediction about market direction does not necessarily produce a profitable trade. Actual profitability may depend on entry price, exit price, timing, position size, leverage, volatility, transaction costs, and risk management.
Solstice does not guarantee that every signal will be delivered, received, viewed, understood, acted upon, or closed at a profitable price.
11. No Representation of Typical or Expected Results
Solstice does not represent that any displayed example, testimonial, case study, historical return, successful trade, or hypothetical result is typical of all subscribers.
Unless Solstice expressly provides a properly supported statement identifying typical results, you should not assume that any displayed result is typical, average, expected, or ordinarily achievable.
The absence of a specific earnings claim does not mean that a particular lifestyle image, account screenshot, profit figure, trade example, or other presentation should be interpreted as an implied promise of financial success.
Solstice does not promise that subscribers will generate supplemental income, replace employment income, achieve financial independence, build wealth, or attain any particular lifestyle through use of the Service.
12. No Reliance on Earnings Representations
You should not purchase or maintain a Solstice subscription in reliance on any expectation that the Service will generate a particular amount of income, profit, savings, or investment return.
Before purchasing the Service or entering any transaction, you should independently evaluate:
- The subscription price;
- The risks of trading and investing;
- Your financial ability to absorb losses;
- The costs associated with trading;
- The suitability of the financial instruments involved;
- The limitations of signals, commentary, and educational content; and
- Whether you require advice from a licensed financial, legal, accounting, or tax professional.
Any decision to purchase or use the Service is made voluntarily and at your own risk.
13. No Refund Based on Trading Performance
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in a separate written refund policy, subscription fees are not refundable merely because:
- You did not earn a profit;
- You experienced trading or investment losses;
- A signal or strategy did not perform as expected;
- You were unable to act on a signal;
- Your results differed from an example, testimonial, or other user’s results;
- You did not use all available subscription features; or
- The Service did not recover or exceed the cost of your subscription.
Cancellation of a subscription stops future automatic renewal as described in the Solstice Subscription Terms but does not guarantee a refund of fees already paid.
14. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Deciding whether to purchase or maintain a subscription;
- Determining whether to trade or invest;
- Evaluating every signal, strategy, and example;
- Conducting your own independent research;
- Selecting your broker and trading platform;
- Determining position size and leverage;
- Monitoring your accounts and positions;
- Understanding all applicable costs and tax consequences;
- Implementing appropriate risk-management measures; and
- Making all final financial, trading, and investment decisions.
You should consult an appropriately licensed professional before making decisions when professional advice is necessary for your circumstances.
15. Acknowledgment
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Solstice does not guarantee income, profits, successful trades, or investment returns;
- Any examples or illustrations are not promises of future performance;
- Hypothetical and simulated results have significant limitations;
- Past performance does not predict future results;
- Testimonials and selected examples may not be typical;
- Your results may differ substantially from any result presented;
- You may lose some or all of your invested capital;
- Certain transactions may result in losses exceeding your initial investment; and
- You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
If you do not understand or accept these statements, you should not rely on earnings or performance information associated with the Service.
